I remember watching this when I was younger, but I didn’t really understand it.. like, I didn’t know what feminism was, because I was under the impression that men and women were equal.. now I know that they’re not treated equally, and that men are more oppressed in this society @_@

wow poor men, what with the government trying to make condoms illegal, and women running this country debating about which rights men have to their own body and limiting men’s access to healthcare, or even that calling someone a “boy” in sports the worst insult imaginable.poor babus are so oppressed.

People don’t even care about men enough to debate. Want to cut up your infant son’s genitals? Sure, seems legit. Want to take away all of your ex husband’s money and his kids? Eh, why not? Want to force all able bodied men to sign up for the draft? Well it’s their damn duty for having been born male.
Not to mention all the male rape and assault and abuse victims and suicidal and homeless men that are more or less ignored.
Oh, and then there’s the fact that the condom is the only non-surgical contraceptive that men currently have available.
mm yes because those evil women who run this country decided circumcision was up to parents. oh wait, women don’t run the country, a disporpotional number of elected politicians are white males. and there’s no female genital surgery done on minors - OH WAIT YES THERE IS.
circumcisions and attacks on the rights to birth controle, abortions, and female-specific health care are not comparable issues. but way to use false equivalence.
And you’re suggesting that women who attempt to file reports of assault are taken seriously? except in many, many cases they also go ignored. recently some women were arrested for trying to file such cases. ontop of that 99% of rapists are male, and women are assaulted by men at drastically higher rates in the first place.
and you’re wrong, you forgot about spermicide. topical birth controle for men. of course the same male politicians who want to make women’s birth controle, the morning after pill, and planned parenthood (which helps women with breast cancer and STD testing/treatment, not just abortions btw) illegal have no interest in removing condoms or spermicide from drugstore shelves.
now go on, tell me again how men’s rights being occasionally ignored by a patriarchal government is the fault of women.
Wow~ You know, I had a nice long response typed out to this, full of real facts (unlike the made up ones that you used), but then I thought to myself that it’s just so hard to take you seriously. The fact that you actually think patriarchy still exists here is really… For lack of a better word: dumb.
I feel like it’s a waste of time gathering and presenting facts to somebody who obviously has no interest in them.
